with Our Experience

We will evaluate your request, and provide an estimated planning budget inclusive of all potential costs, to mitigate surprises that may fall outside of the initial scope. Your first point of contact will be Joe Graci, our Project Manager and Estimator. Joe will remain in constant contact with you throughout your project and provide a meticulous estimate, to make your basement renovation is surprise and stress free.

ON-SITE CONSULTATION — $ Required

Assess Project
and Preliminary Estimate

We will visit your home to gain a better understanding of your current basement. We will further confirm and refine the details captured through your initial consultation form. Following our home visit, you will receive your preliminary estimate that more accurately represents your unique space and needs. When your budget is approved, we will request a retainer to account for pre-construction costs such as city permits, additional on-site measurements, and architectural drawings.

DESIGN PROCESS — No $ Required

Adding Function
to your Basement

Our designers will collaborate with you and our architects to craft your new basement design. At this stage you will meet with Josie Graci, our Senior Design Consultant. Josie will help you with everything from envisioning your basement’s layout to showing you samples of flooring, light fixtures, and other materials. She’s attentive in listening to your wants and enthusiastic about working with you to transform your basement to one that suits your lifestyle.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING — No $ Required

Presentation and
Approvals

We are ecstatic to present your basement design. We will gather feedback, answer any questions, and we will not move forward until you’re happy with your project’s direction. Once you have approved your design, we will create your detailed scope of work.

DETAILED PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT — $ Required

Approving your Project and
Meeting your Team

Concluding your design presentation, we will create a detailed scope of work for your proposed project. We work with contractors we trust, with whom we have built relationships for over 20 years. We determine the price of your project, and invite you back to our office to explain each cost. After signing the contract and a deposit is collected, we will introduce you Angelo Graci, our Site Supervisor who will be leading our crew.

START CONSTRUCTION — $ Required

Our Team Begins Your
Basement Transformation

We are eager to begin transforming your basement! You have had unused space for too long, and our contractors are dedicated to quality, old-world craftsmanship to ensure a lifetime of integrity in our service. We would love to keep in touch with you — but when we leave your new space, you won’t need to call us back.
