Our Initial Visit & Conceptual Design Phase is a small upfront investment that blends interior design expertise and contractor insight, offering a comprehensive design package at a fraction of the cost of engaging designers, architects, and engineers under a full contract. Phase 2: Design Build Contract

  3. We then prepare a detailed quotation based on your drawings, site notes, and selected finishes — giving you a clear picture of the investment required.
  4. To wrap it up, we’ll host a one-hour presentation in our boardroom to walk you through the proposed scope of work, material selections, and a realistic budget range to launch construction.
  5. If you choose Ferruzzo Construction to bring your project to life, the consulting fee will be credited toward your first construction invoice — a seamless transition from planning to build.
